The TP 1017SS (Self Strip) Front Tap Shoe is designed for use on the 3M 4320 terminal. Self-Strip type connector for test set interface.

DESCRIPTION

The TP 1017SS consists of the following components:

• A 25 pair, machined plastic contact pin housing.
• Field replaceable pins.
• A 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable that is solder terminated on a 25 pair Cinch Jones Female connector.
• Field replaceable test probes.
• Shoe latch mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact.
• Equipped with 16 gauge sheet metal, test probe cover tethered to the test cord for protection.

The TP 1017QF (Quiet Front) Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the 3M 4310-25 binding post terminals.

DESCRIPTION

The TP 1017QF consists of the following components:

• A 25 pair, machined plastic contact pin housing.
• Field replaceable pins.
• A 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable that is solder terminated on a 25 pair Cinch Jones Female connector.
• Field replaceable test probes.
• Shoe latch mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact.
• Equipped with 16 gauge sheet metal, test probe cover tethered to the test cord for protection.

The TP 1107 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use on the 3M MS2 (4010E).
The TP1025 is obsolete and replaced with the TP1107.

The 4010 is for Feeder side/4011 is for Distribution and the only difference is the color. All physical characteristics are identical.

TP1107-AC Auxiliary Clamp for the TP1107: Used if MS2 is bowed in the center. Typically used in extreme cold or hot areas.

TP1107-AC

The TP 1048 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the 10 pair  3M STG-2 (formerly the Quante, Pouyet 2000, STGC210 and STGS210T). It is used to connect the user's test equipment to the central office terminal test field.

• Manufactured for 50 pair or 100 pair according to customer request

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1048 consists of the following components:

• Five or Ten individual blocks; ten pair each block.
• Two or Four 15 foot, 50 pair 28 AWG gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations.
• wo or Four 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors.

The TP 1087 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the 3M SID C block / the Mini Quante-ADC/ the Krone LSA-Plus NT  Disconnect Block (White body, gray base). It is used to connect the user's test equipment to the central office terminal test field.

The TP 1087 consists of the following components:

• Five individual blocks; ten pair each block.
• Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 AWG gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations.
• Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors.

DESCRIPTION
The TP1200-50 (also available in 100 pair) is designed to fit the 3M Quick Connect System 2810 and consists of the following components:

• Machined, plastic contact pin housing.
• 100 gold plated Tip Ring field replaceable contact pins
• One 15 foot, 50 pair, 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable, soldered terminations
• Two female Cinch Jones connectors
• Latching mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact.
• Protective covers to shield pins when not in use

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1225 Front Tap Shoe is IN DEVELOPMENT and will be designed for use with the 3M 4320-100 block. This block is a 100pr Self Strip Block for 76 Block Binding Post Expansion and/or Replacement. ONE FRAME design to accommodate any existing AT&T/Lucent or HUB Style Cabinet.

DESCRIPTION
The *TP 1235 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use on the 3M 4510. The 3M 4510 is part of the 4500 SYSTEM of blocks. The 3M 4510 is the 10-pair Module Terminating System.

(Please note: the 3M 4525 was the 25 pr version of the 4500 SYSTEM and is no longer an application)
