The TP 1001 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the AT&T 303 and 302 type Central Office Main Frame Connectors. The Test Shoe can also be used on the following connectors.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1001 consists of the following components:

Injection molded plastic contact pin housing (black)
100 gold-plated Tip Ring contact pins made of copper/nickel alloy
100 contact pin springs made of .010 MW, S&B
One black, painted cover made of 16 gauge sheet metal; equipped with two down latching devices and a cable strain relief
A 15 foot, 50 pair, 28 AWG stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations
Cable strain relief at both ends (shoe and cinch connector)
Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones

The TP1001A has Amphonels on the one end instead of Cinch Jones.

The TP 1002 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the AT&T's 310/311, and the Seicor 391 Central Office Main Frame Connectors.

The TP 1002 (100 pair) is used to connect the user's test equipment to the central office terminal test field.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1002 consists of the following components:

Plastic contact pin housing (black).
200 gold plated, field replaceable, Tip Ring contact pins.
Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminations.
Cable strain relief provided at both ends.
Four 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors.
Equipped with two mounting latching screws.

AT&T 305

The TP 1004 and TP 1005 Front Tap Shoes are designed for use with the AT&T's 305 & 308 Central Office Main Frame Connectors.

The TP 1004 and 1005 (100 pair) are used to connect the user's test equipment to the central office terminal test field. The only difference between these two parts is how they are wired.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1004 and TP1005 consist of the following components:

Plastic contact pin housing (black).
200 gold plated, field replaceable, Tip Ring contact pins.
Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminations.
Cable strain relief provided at both ends.
Four 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors.

The TP 1005A Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the Lucent 308 block. (The 1005A has 4 male amp connectors in place of cinch jones connectors).

The TP 1006 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the AT&T C50 main frame connector.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1006 consists of the following components:

A 15 foot, 25 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminations.
One 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connector.
Machined, plastic contact pin housing.
50 Tip Ring contact pins
Custom made latching mechanism to assure proper connection and contact.

The TP1013 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the 88/108/110 Series Blocks . It is used to connect the user's test equipment to the central office terminal test field.

The TP 1015H Front Tap Shoe is a specialized shoe and more expensive because it is meant for initial internal testing. This FTS is designed for use with the AT&T/HUB 76 terminal block. (If you are doing standard testing, see our TP1016 or TP1015 Front Tap Shoes)

The TP 1015H consists of the following components:

Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminations.
Machined, plastic contact pin housing.
200 gold plated Tip Ring contact pins
Cable strain relief provided on the TP1015 (100 pair)
Specialized latches for secure connection
4 amp connectors at neck of shoe head
Four 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors

76 Block

The TP 1015 (100 pair) and TP1016 (50 pair) Front Tap Shoe are designed for use with the AT&T type 76 terminal block.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1015 and TP1016 consist of the following components:

Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminations. (one cable for TP1016)
Machined, plastic contact pin housing.
100 or 200 gold plated Tip Ring contact pins
Two or four 25 pair Female Cinch Jones
Two mounting screws for secure connection
Cable strain relief provided on the TP1015 (100 pair)

PLEASE NOTE: It is possible that the 76 terminal block can become quite warped. In such cases, the twist of the block could cause the pins to not make proper contact. Thus, we recommend using the 50 pair shoe (TP1016).
