The TP 1015H Front Tap Shoe is a specialized shoe and more expensive because it is meant for initial internal testing. This FTS is designed for use with the AT&T/HUB 76 terminal block. (If you are doing standard testing, see our TP1016 or TP1015 Front Tap Shoes)

DESCRIPTION:

The TP 1015H consists of the following components:

  • Plastic contact pin housing (black).
  • 200 gold plated, field replaceable, Tip Ring contact pins.
  • Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminations.

The TP 1171 Front Tap Shoe is 50 pair and designed for use with the Egerton/ Tyco-Hub Snap/ Channell blocks.

NOTE: These Front Tap Shoes are currently in field trials and not available for production at this time. Please contact CAI for further information.100% continuity NOT guaranteed.

DESCRIPTION:
The TP 1171 consists of the following components:

  • 50 pair, five 10 pair heads
  • Two 15 foot, 25 pair, 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. Solder terminations.
  • Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors

The TP 2001 (25 pair) and TP 2009 (50 pair) Front Tap Shoes are designed for use with Tyco/HUB Shorting Block.

DESCRIPTION:

These Front Tap Shoes are used to test the wiring of new units in cabinets before they leave the factory. Shorting blocks in either 25 or 50 pair configurations plug into the 5 pin protection field before installation in the field.

The TP 2001 consists of the following components:

  • Injection molded plastic contact pin housing (black)

  • 90 plated, field replaceable, precision-aligned Tip-Ring contact pins
  • 90 contact pin springs made of .010 MW, S&B
  • 10 plated banana plugs to insure proper connection and tight fit.

The TP 2009 consists of the following components:

  • Injection molded plastic contact pin housing (black)
  • 180 plated, field replaceable, precision-aligned Tip-Ring contact pins
  • 180 contact pin springs made of .010 MW, S&B
  • 20 plated banana plugs to insure proper connection and tight fit
