The 100 pair TP 1020 Front Tap Shoe (replaces the TP1077) is designed for use with the Northern Telecom QCM 486 Block.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1020 consists of the following components:

• Field replaceable, gold-plated contact pins.
• Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 AWG gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable, extension cord. One end equipped with Front Tap Shoe head custom designed to fit the QCM 486, the opposite end equipped with Female Cinch Jones.

(Discontinued. Replaced by TP1022)

The TP 1109 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with Northern Telecom QCBE 1A type Central Office Main Frame Connector Blocks.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1109 consists of the following components:

• Injection molded plastic contact pin housing (black)
  
• 50 plated, precision-aligned Tip-Ring contact pins
• 50 contact pin springs made of .010 MW, S&B
• Equipped with two screw-down latching devices for precision fit
• Cable strain relief complete with snap hook
• A 15 foot, 25 pair, 28 AWG stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations
• Cable strain relief complete with snap hook for secure positioning
• One 25 pair Female Cinch Jones
• Protective plate that fits over the precision-aligned test probes when not in use.
