The TP 1001 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the Reliable block. The Test Shoe can also be used on the following connectors.

• Cook (Siecor) 310, 353, 377, 378, 388, and 390
• Reliable 305, 325, 355, 710, and RG710
• AT&T (Weco) 303 and 302

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1001 consists of the following components:

• Injection molded plastic contact pin housing(black)
• 100 gold-plated Tip Ring contact pins made of copper/nickel alloy
• 100 contact pin springs made of .010 MW, S&B
• One black, painted cover made of 16 gauge sheet metal; equipped with two down latching devices and a cable strain relief
• A 15 foot, 50 pair, 28 AWG stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations
• Cable strain relief at both ends (shoe and cinch connector)
• Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones

The TP 1003 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with Reliable's 399, Porta’s P399 (Reltec/Marconi/Emerson) Central Office Main Frame Connectors.

The TP 1003 (100 pair) is used to connect the user's test equipment to the central office terminal test field.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1003 consists of the following components:

• Plastic contact pin housing (black).
• 200 gold plated, field replaceable, Tip Ring contact pins.
• Two 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminations.
• Cable strain relief provided at both ends.
• Four 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors.
• Equipped with two down latching screws.

The TP 1010c Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the Reliable RLS-50 cross connect terminal.

The TP 1010c is used to connect user's test equipment to the Field RLS-50 cross connect terminal.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1010c consists of the following components:

• Field replaceable probes.
• Machined plastic pin housings.
• A 15 foot, 50 pair 28 AWG gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations.
• Customized latch mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact (see Installation Instructions below).
• Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. While holding handles outward (so that latches pull in), align probes with block slots.
2. Pull down locking lever so that the latches pull the Front Tap Shoe down and the probes lock into place.
3. IMPORTANT: When removing Front Tap Shoe, pull up the locking lever, then pull out the handles to release the latches.

The TP 1011 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the Reliable CQF50 cross connect binding post terminal.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1011 consists of the following components:

• Field replaceable test probes.
• A 50 pair, machined plastic pin housing.
• A 15 foot, 50 pair 28 AWG gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations.
• Latch mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact.
• Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones connectors.

NOTE: If you have this style cabinet, using Reliable CQF-50 connector blocks, you will require special modified latches. Latch P/N#: 1011851. Standard latches will not work.

The TP 1018 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the Reliable 66 (M Block) blocks. Single row testing, vertically wired R/T for use at x-connect (M Block) uses a Siemons TAP50, 25 pair.

DESCRIPTION
The TP1018 consists of the following components:

• Machined, plastic contact receptacle housing, designed for better grip and solid connection.
• One15 foot, 25 pair, 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable, soldered terminations
• One Cinch Jones connector

The TP 1019 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with Reliable's BT-25 terminals.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1019 consists of the following components:

• A 25 pair, machined plastic contact pin housing
• 50, Tip Ring spring tempered contact pins.
• 1 black (powder coat painted) cover made of 16 gauge sheet metal.
• A 15 foot, 25 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations on a 25 pair Cinch Jones female conductor.
• Field replaceable test probes.
• Strain relief at base of front tap shoe.
• Shoe latch mechanisms to assure proper connect

Custom Assembly also manufactures an adapter bracket that easily attaches to the older style BT-25 block that will allow modification to fit the TP1019 Front Tap Shoe, Part Number #1019755

TP 1028 Front Tap Shoe is designed to connect the user's test equipment to the Reliable 700 terminals.

The Reliable 700 does not have a test field so we designed the TP1028 to insert into the connector's jumper terminal field. Note: testing allows only one TP1028 (50 pair) on the block at one time.

The TP 1028 consists of the following components:

• A machined plastic contact pin housing.
• 100, Tip Ring flat spring tempered contact pins.
• A 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminated onto two Cinch Jones female connectors.
• Shoe latch mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact

300 Type Series Shoes

The TP 1080 Front Tap Shoes are designed to fit any 300 Type series blocks.

DESCRIPTION
The TP 1080 consists of the following components:

• Injection molded plastic contact pin housing (black)
• Field replaceable pins
• Two 15 foot, 25 pair, 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cables that are solder terminated on two 25 pair Cinch Jones Female connectors.
• Amps on FTS head for convenient adaptation

The TP 1103 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with Reliable Special Stacking Blocks.

DESCRIPTION:
The TP 1103 consists of the following components:

• Injection molded plastic contact pin housing (black)
• 100 plated, field replaceable, precision-aligned Tip-Ring contact pins
• 100 contact pin springs made of .010 MW, S&B
• Equipped with two screw-down latching devices for precision fit
• Cable strain relief complete with snap hook
• A 15 foot, 50 pair, 28 AWG stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable; soldered terminations
• Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones
• Protective plate that fits over the precision-aligned test probes when not in use. The protective plate is tethered to the test cord to prevent its loss when not in use.
  

The TP 1106 Front Tap Shoe is designed for use with the Reliable 6500 series terminal block.

DESCRIPTION
The TP1106 consists of the following components:

• Two 15 foot, 25 pair, 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable, soldered terminations.
• Machined, plastic, black pin housing
• 100 gold plated Tip Ring contact pins (waffle head)
• Two 25 pair Female Cinch Jones
• Screw down latches for secure connection

The TP 1151 is made to fit the Emerson (Marconi, Reliable, Reltec) URLS block.

DESCRIPTION:

The TP 1151 consists of the following components:

• Black plastic contact pin housing

• Gold Plated pins, Ten pair each head

• Two Female Cinch Jones connectors
