TP 1028 Front Tap Shoe is designed to connect the user's test equipment to the Reliable 700 terminals.
The Reliable 700 does not have a test field so we designed the TP1028 to insert into the connector's jumper terminal field. Note: testing allows only one TP1028 (50 pair) on the block at one time.
*Please note: due to the obsolescence of Cinch Jones connectors, all our Front Tap Shoes are now manufactured with male bail lock AMP connectors.

The TP 1028 consists of the following components:
- A machined plastic contact pin housing.
- 100, Tip Ring flat spring tempered contact pins.
- A 15 foot, 50 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable. soldered terminated onto two Cinch Jones female connectors or AMP Connectors.
- Shoe latch mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact
